Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused cast iron item in its original packaging, ensuring all inserts and accessories are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
